When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) of your order. Delivery time will vary depending on your choice of shipping (see below). If you choose a Tracked Courier option, you'll be email-notified with a tracking number once your package is on the way!

5 April 2020 Update: Due to the latest circuit breaker measures, our team will be working in alternate shifts and working from home, therefore orders will only be processed on alternate working days (Mon, Wed, Fri). Please allow for longer delivery times of up to 2-3 days delay during this period (until 1 June 2020 or otherwise).

Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?

Orders are shipped from Singapore. We ship to Singapore via Local Courier and Worldwide via DHL Express. 

How much will my shipping cost?

For International Shipping, we use EasyShip to give you the option to choose the best live rates. Free Shipping is available for orders above SGD200.

For Singapore:
Free Tracked Courier is available for all orders SGD80 and above for Singapore. Delivery time is 3-5 working days. Shipping costs below SGD80 will be calculated upon checkout dependent on the weight of the final order and option between Tracked Courier ($4) or Standard Post.

4 November 2020 Update: Due to the latest COVID circuit breaker measures, we have to suspend Free Saver Shipping and Same Day Delivery on all orders as to minimise our customers and our team making trips to our premises and the Post Office. Self-Collection is now available.

What is your exchange and return policy?
Exchanges or refunds are only accepted if your item arrived faulty or it is a different item than the one you purchased. If eligible, please provide your order number upon sending your request to us at hello@taizjo.com. Please note we will not entertain requests for exchanges due to wrong phone model ordered by the customer.

Your return must be made within 30 days from the date upon receiving the product in new, unused and original packaging condition. Once the item has been received in its original condition, we will proceed to refund your order based on the payment mode used.

Kindly note that as you are responsible for the value of the item before it reaches us, it would be advisable to use a registered post option.

I received a faulty item.
Oh no! Please contact us at hello@taizjo.com with your order number, the product name of the faulty item and the description of the fault with photos.

 

I received an incorrect item.
Let us resolve this for you as soon as we can. Email us at hello@taizjo.com with your order number and photo of the received item, and we will help resolve this issue as quickly as we can. Please ensure that the received item is still in its original packaging.
