Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Paypal is also a checkout option. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or money orders.

Are my details protected when ordering?
All platforms we use are secure and we guarantee the protection of the data of our beloved customers. 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Discount codes don't stack. If you have a 10% off discount, they can't also use a "free shipping" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

 

Shipping 

I have not received my order :( , how long will my items reach me? 

Once you place and paid for your order, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Orders with customisation will take an average of 2 weeks (based on batch completion timeline) for processing. 

Please also do provide us your correct and complete shipping address to avoid any returns and shipping delays :) 

Why do I need to pay for $9 shipping fees when my shipping address is in Singapore? 

Some of the products are currently stocked in our KL warehouse. Hence there will be an international shipping fees of $9 for shipping from MY-SG. Fret not, we provide free shipping for orders above SGD80 regardless of which warehouse fulfills your order :).

How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Check out our Shipping & Returns page for more information on this. If you're an international customer, choose the best rates through EasyShip.

Will I be charges with customs and taxes for overseas orders? 

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

The 99% of our deliveries not have taxes in is final destination

 

NOTE : Regarding shipments to Brazil, buyers must provide us with their CPF in the shipping note, since the Brazilian customs returns all orders without CPF.
In the event that we are not provided with such information, we are not responsible for the order not being received, nor for the damages that could be caused. 

*Shipping to ID would also require personal information such as your passport number in the creation of shipment delivery as per requested from our shipping option under Qexpress. 

 

Return/Exchange policy

Oh no, I ordered for a wrong phone model, can I request for an exchange?

Yes! Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging before they are eligible for exchanges. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We will not be held responsible for any missing parcels, therefore it is recommended for you to use a registered option with tracking. Please drop us an email to hello@taizjo.com for the correct phone model and screenshot/details of the parcel before doing the return to us for a smoother exchange process :) 

Can I exchange or return my item after customisation? 

Customised products are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Should you require any further clarification, please drop us an email at hello@taizjo.com :) 

I changed my mind on my order, can I request for a refund/cancellation? 

No exchanges and refunds for change of mind of purchases, if you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return your item(s) to us for store credits. 

I received an incorrect/defective item :( 

We apologise if we've sent you any incorrect/defective items.
Kindly contact our customer service team at hello@taizjo.com about this issue with your order number and screenshots and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days. 

  • We will send the replacement if the item(s) sent to you are deemed defective from clear screenshots. 
  • In the case where the item(s) are out of stock, store credit refunds will be processed to you. 
  • Exchanges will only be eligible for item(s) in its original condition and packaging*.

*Exchanges for item(s) not fulfilling any of the above conditions will be duly declined. 

Please allow 20% discrepancy in product color due to lighting. In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect. 

 Customisations 

All customisations are done in the middle of our phone cases. 

In cases whereby you are unhappy/unsatisfied with the placement of the printing on the case, it will not be deemed as a defect and be qualified for refunds.

How do I change or detach my cords?

Is the cord length adjustable?
Yes it is! Maximum effective lengths are approximately 150cm for cords. Chains are not adjustable. ;)

Will my transparent phone case turn yellow?
We use TPU in our cases as it is much for durable, flexible and shock absorbing than silicone cases. Please note that the yellowing of the case does NOT affect the quality or durability of the case. To help the longevity of your case, reduce exposure to high temperatures, friction and sunlight. All transparent cases will tend to naturally yellow with time due to the material of the case exposed to sunlight, heat or certain chemicals.
 

How do I care for my phone sling?
To keep your phone sling clean, simple spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash! 

Please note that all Colored Cases are coated through an oil-based coating process and may show wear over time.

Can I sell the products on my own site?
Please contact us at hello@taizjo.com for wholesale opportunities if you wish to retail our items in your physical store :) If you are an individual customer, your purchase of Taizjo products is only for your personal use. By purchasing from Taizjo, you agree to not resell or distribute the items for any commercial use. Your order may be rejected if we suspect that your order is not for personal use.
